One 6-hour session or two 3-hour sessions over two days.
Weekday rate: $1,260
Weekend rate: $1,890

Traditional therapy offers gradual progress over time. An intensive fast-tracks the process by dedicating 3–6 uninterrupted hours to your goals, allowing for deeper reflection and quicker breakthroughs.

You’ll participate in structured exercises, personalized coaching, reflection activities, and solution-focused strategies. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your anger triggers and a plan to respond with control and confidence.

One full-day intensive (6 hours) with a mid-session break
Two 3-hour sessions scheduled on consecutive or separate days

Before your session, you’ll complete a brief intake form to help guide our focus. You’re encouraged to bring a journal, water, and a willingness to engage honestly.

No. Therapy intensives are private-pay only and are not billable to insurance. However, they are a powerful investment in your emotional and relational health. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Yes! Many clients schedule follow-up intensives seasonally or as needed. Tools for ongoing self-reflection after your session are offered as well.
